1. Privacy Commitment
WINNIHOCKEY CAMP and WINNICAMPS LLC (collectively referred to as “WINNICAMPS”) are fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of our campers, their families, and all users of our website and registration forms. We collect and store only the information necessary for the operation of our programs, including but not limited to registration, emergency medical information, and payment details.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose any personal information to third parties outside of WINNICAMPS LLC.
All data is securely stored and access is limited to authorized personnel only. Information is used solely for administrative, safety, and programmatic purposes.
2. Information Collection & Use
We collect the following types of personal information:
Camper and parent/guardian names, contact information, and age
Medical history, allergies, and emergency contacts
Insurance details for excess-based medical coverage
Payment information for camp registration
This information is used to:
Register and communicate with campers and families
Ensure camper safety and respond appropriately to medical or emergency situations
Process payments securely
Administer participation in camp programs and activities
3. Medical & Accident Coverage
WINNICAMPS provides limited medical coverage for campers during the week of camp, including all on-premises activities and use of boats.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This medical coverage is provided on an excess basis.
If the injured participant has other valid medical insurance, that insurance will serve as primary.
WINNICAMPS will provide payment for eligible expenses in excess of what the primary insurer covers.
If the participant has no other insurance, WINNICAMPS coverage will serve as primary.
This policy applies only to accidents occurring during official camp activities. It does not apply to illnesses or conditions unrelated to camp.
4. Camper Safety & Security
Our operational policies and procedures prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. All WINNICAMPS LLC staff are trained in emergency response, camper supervision, and adherence to strict health and safety standards.
We regularly review and update our safety procedures, including waterfront and inclement weather protocols, in alignment with state and local guidelines for youth camps.

You will provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to the payment, refund, and liability terms outlined in your registration documentation and this Terms of Service.

📝 Registration Terms & Camper Participation Waiver
Families registering for WINNIHOCKEY CAMP are required to review and accept the full Policies & Procedures Release & Waiver, which includes important information regarding safety protocols, gear requirements, behavior expectations, cancellation policies, and our liability release terms.
As part of the camper registration and tuition payment process, you will be prompted to acknowledge your understanding of this agreement while securing your camp session reservation and enrollment confirmation.
